Thursday meetings are held in January - May, and September - November on the first thursday of each month. If the meeting falls on a major holiday, check to make sure the meeting hasn't been postponed to the following week (this only happens rarely).
The June and December meetings include dinners and an auction. Prepayment and membership is required. Their locations will be announced in the Newsletter and at the meetings prior.
The thursday meetings are held at the New York State Museum which is located on Madison Avenue in downtown Albany, New York in the Empire State Plaza. Free parking is located on the side near the big red cathedral style church. One can also find parking on the street and on the other side of the museum, and underneath.
We will meet at a location noted at the security desk in the lobby starting at 7:30 PM. Usually Meeting Room B on the lower level or the student center depending on availability.
Please arrive promptly between 7:00pm and 7:15pm to the museum doors on the street level. After that time, no one will be let into the building because the doors are locked from the outside.
Please sign in and out at the front security desk in the special book upon entering and leaving the building.
